Q.
my baby is 3 month old. his birth weight is 3.25kg... aft that weight for reduced and gained .. but now only 4.6 kg which is under weight. Kindly suggest food to increase thick breast milk and how to increase my baby weight?

You can go ahead we taking lactation supplements if you want to something like fenugreek capsules are going to be helpful for the mood your child is gaining decent in a weight so that is not a problem still if you would want the supplements are going to be helpful for you
