Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hai good morning !! Babies generally increase 400-700 per month.
As baby is 4 months according to age ok but birth weight bit under weight.
Give exclusive breast milk or formula milk every two hours and make sure that baby getting enough feed and sleep.
Sleep impacts growth harmone 14-18 hours sleep is important.
Check your milk supply include milk, Diary, products, rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, kheema, garlic milk to improve milk supply or else introduce formula milk.
