my baby is 3 month old .his anal area looks so red.whats the reason..what to do?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello good morning !! Due to wetness rashes occurs ,sometimes due to loose motion frequent cleaning or wiping the area which remains wet leads to reddishness.
So gently wipe with muslin cloth or unscented wipes and pat dry completely before putting on other nappy or diaper or pants.
Apply anti rash cream or apply coconut oil before putting on diapers.
For reducing redness apply virgin coconut oil thin layer on that area and leave for 10-15 minutes ,apply 3-4 times a day .
