My baby is 3 month old. He has hair fall since 4-5 days. What to do?

Cap is there in the head of the child from the time of birth itself and the cradle cap is nothing but just the dead layer of skin so when it starts falling from it is actually seen that it can take out a lot of hair along with it so I think that’s the only reason behind hair fall
