my baby is 3 month old and there are itching in his gums and she used to suck my fonger then get relax now i am giving bottle milk to her she is breastfeeding girl but sometime to sooth his gums i need to put bottle in her mouth is it safe bcoz without it she used to cry alot....

A. hi please give Massage with clean finger on sore gums you can give silicone teether. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
