my baby is 3 month but she is not growing as per mark . how she would be more healthier...

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine lgike syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is alfso very important .

So for this age you are going to be by the breast milk or formula feeding if your child is not gaining as per the mark that you believe that your child is underweight or not going appropriately then you should start giving formula feeding as well because I believe the breastfeeding may not be working out sufficiently for the childWrite Your Answer Here
