my baby is 3 month 4 days old. can i eat buttermilk.

Yes See butter milk and curd is in the diet from the very beginning itself once you deliver you can have curd and buttermilk there is no restriction on that but lot of family members believe that you should not eat it so if you are going as per family then it’s a different thing otherwise you can start it from the day one itself
