my baby is 3 mnth 25 days still she dnt have good head control ..she move her neck she can stand her head for minute during tummy time but she does not totally head control..

Yes that’s completely correct as per the age of the child just to confirm you this by completing age of three months as a partial stability of the head and this is how you can see that the child is going to lift the head when the child is in the tummy position and total stability and control is there by completing the time of six months
