Give tummy time to your baby, its the best way to gain head control for the babies. Also massage the baby's back and neck while turning him on tummy. Give D3 dies regularly. 
Milestones are achieved at different timing by different babies no need to worry.

good evening matter of fact there is nothing required to be done you just have to be patient and wait for sometime gradually the child would be able to support his neck give calcium supplement everyday

my baby is 4months and 10 days old. I am facing problem in breastfeeding just becoz my baby is not getting proper feed as per his need so can I give him single or double Toned milk in place of formula milk.

the baby will be able to roll over completely by six months of age and by 3 month only side by rolling is possible as well as complete neck holding will also come only till 6 month of age. in some children this may get delayed also but there is nothing to worry you can consult doctor for rulixng out any other problem
