my baby is 3 m old ,his skin become dried look like old aged person i apply lot of of moisturizer,but it's not effective

A. Hello dear parent, you must massage your baby daily on regularly basis.. You must apply body lotion after bathing and apply lotion twice in a day. This will help moisturizing the skin..also keep baby ell hydrated. As baby will grow his skin texture will improve.
