Q.

my baby is 3 m old .. from birth breast milk is not enough for him and I gave lactogen.. now a days breast milk is too low.. what can I do for increase breast milk

A. exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement whichs will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granuless etc ) also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation.

A. Make lactation supplements if they are fool for you it’s going to be very helpful in increasing your lactations feel as I ideally it good for you you you can go ahead with that quite helpful also increase the content of protein fibre and liquid into your diet
