My baby is 3 and 1/2 month old. His head always become hot and he vomits 2 to 3 times a day. Is there any serious illness in my baby

A. If the body temperature is warm there is no problem you can take it with a thermometer if you see it is 99°F or more that means it is fever otherwise it would be a normal body temperature and spit up and vomit multiple times in a day completely normal due to stomach reflux
