Q.

my baby is 3.5 th months now .i have low breast milk problem..i tried everything like jeera, methi, garlic, cow milk, lactic powder and medicine also( recommend by my doctor). now a days i am also trying electric breast pump for increase milk supply..but nothing works for me . please tell me what to do?

A. Have healthy diet- Six meals are important for lactating mothers. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. take cureperium. granules with milk. or can take shatavari kalp.

A. Giving your baby formula in addition to breastfeeding is called supplementing. It's completely fine and perfectly safe to do. Many families choose this type of combination feeding method, whether out of necessity (e.g. low breast milk supply), convenience, or simply personal choice.
