Hello doctor my milk supply is low ..I produce 40 to 50 ml per day milk.. I drink water, I have 3 glasses of milk, I add jeera in my food,I have methi Dana everyday but still milk supply is low .please help me out ..

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. continue with all, include dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day

Hi parent please don't get panic I suggest you take two leptadin tablet twice a day with glass of milk daily it is very helpful you can take aswgandh powder or satavari granules with glass of milk if necessary I suggest you A2 Desi cow milk for your child please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
