Q.
My baby is 3.5 months old. Only breastfeeding. His poty happening after 3-4 days. that is why he is also not so hungry and affecting his growth. now wt is 6.5 kg.

your baby weighs really good.
and it is normal for newborns to not pass stool upto 7 days.
so no need to worry about it.
just offer breasfeeding as per your child needs.
give gentle massage to your child everyday.
I would suggest Babyhug massage oil which will help to prevent and cure stomach problems.
