My baby is 3.5 months old, I'm breastfeeding her. She got cold what are the diets I should follow

A. hi your baby is 3 months old now she must have caught cold from you or due to exposure to cold air or smoke or dust.no change in diet is advisable just keep hands clean and use a mask
