Q.

my baby is 3.5 months old...can I take covid vaccine...if I am getting fever ...will it not be transformed to baby while I'm feding her... Please advise

A. Recent guidelines says lactating mothers can also take covid vaccine . Both the vaccines given by the government are completely safe for breastfeeding lactating and pregnant women. if you experience any symptoms like fever, body pains, headaches, joint pains then take paracetamol . fever will not transfer from bm

Hi mommy Yes you can Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hygiene and maintain hydration
