A. after 4 months it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the child needs to be done which will tell whether the child is having any development delay or not. the child will be assessed for four major milestones that is 1.gross motor milestone 2.fine motor milestone 3.social milestone 4.language milestone.
