my baby is 2yrs old she has fever from yesterday I had given paracetamol drops but fever is not decreased she's very weak not liking to eat anything at night temp is 101 now also like dat olny from 3days onwards she's not liking to eat food but snack item she likes to eat please suggest me wat to do plzzz

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 2 years old and she is having a fever since yesterday so give her syrup ibugesic plus 3.5 ml three times a day and plenty of water and fruits juice etc
