my baby is 2yrs and 3 months old.he is not leaving my brest feed.iam trying to leave but its not happening.does my health will become weak due to this

A. hi...after baby turns one or 1.5 years old u may start weaning off breast milk..start with cow milk or packet milk. add cow milk in baby food this will help develop taste of milk and then u can slowly offer coe milk in sipper or cup or glass
