my baby is 2yr old , I see red rashes on face and with in a minute it vanishes again it appears and so on ...its on face ..not able to find the reason

Smooth it onto your baby's clean, dry bottom before putting on a clean diaper. Baby powder. ... Antifungal cream, if your baby has a fungal infection.
