my baby is 2yr 3 month from the last evening he had fever on 100f to 102f so what can i do

A. childish 2 years 3 months old since last night having fever give Paracetamol now and then regarding the symptoms you should get a proper physical examination done by your doctor and then only your doctor will give proper guidance regarding the complain so consult your doctor once thanks
