my baby is 2years old and going to playschool for 3hrs since 20th January. He is continously falling sick since last 35days. usually stay fit for 4-5days before falling sick either fever or vomiting or loose motion or cold and cough. is this normal? what to give to build his immunity? please guide

A. good evening I would recommend that you should try to give some natural immunity boosting food to the child it will help to make sure that the child does not keep falling sick so often
