my baby is 2years and 11months and has not excreted from 2days and is not eating anything as well.

As the child has not passed motions hence not have a feeling to eat ,
offer warm water and also juicy fruits , some with skin as well, fruits over all such as banana, apples, pears, etc can be given.

Give your child well, balanced, healthy diet and keep hydrated all day. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Good luck. Take care.
