my baby is 2months old.so what mumma should eat after delivery??

A. Dear parent, after delivery, mother should have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products like curd, paneer. You can have non veg food. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Avoid junk foods.
