My baby is 2months old... passes lot of gas in a day... is it normal? is there anything which I should avoid eating

A. passing gases multiple times a day is common in newborn n in infant. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy Wheat Peanuts Citrus food products,Processed food.
