Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. this is very normal with small children because the sphincter is still weak and gradually with the increasing age of the child the strength will decrease and then the incontinence of urine and stool will decrease

Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Burp your baby after every feed. Give good tummy time everyday. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from gastric discomfort. Good luck and take care.
