My baby is 2months old and has been prescribed brozeet LS for his cold … I have been noticing frequent spit ups and less of feed intake … can it be a side effect?

No no that is completely normal for a child to have spitting and vomiting so need not worry about it it is not necessarily because of the medicine that you’re giving because it is a very mild medicine and completely safe to be given with no side-effects
