Q.

My baby is 2months and 10 days old.Her birth weight is 3 kgs .now her weight is 3.8kgs .I am doing combination feeding breastfeed as well as formula feed. my doctor always suggest me to breastfeed but I don't have enough supply .When I asked him that my baby is not weight gaining he says it's ok she will grow slowly and asked me to stop giving formula.i don't know what to do even after combination feed she is not gaining enough weight .should I stop breast feeding completely?

A. hello in the first month baby wait will generally reduce and then it will start gaining and baby gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month is a good indication the baby is getting sufficient milk and in case the breast milk is not sufficient you can also give infant formula milk using a bPA free bottle like baby hug
