Q.

my baby is 28 months old and his teeth are getting chipped mostly the upper jaw front teeth... thought we are giving the multivitamin but don't know why it's happening.

A. hello mam these might be the cavities it is better to visit a dentist regarding this as he or she will be able to guide you better after checking the teeth of your kid properly
