A. Don’t worry about them they will go on their own and if you want little coconut oil can be applied and it us seen in few babies avoid kissing baby on cheeks and skyways wash hands before handling the baby

A. Hello dear parent! Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek medical advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and follow your doctor’s advice. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand

A. White and black patches on a 28-day-old baby's face can be caused by various conditions. Here are a few possible causes: ### Possible Causes: 1. **Milia:** Small white bumps that can appear on a baby's face, caused by trapped keratin under the skin. 2. **Newborn Acne:** Red or white bumps on a baby's face, often appearing around 2-4 weeks of age. 3. **Eczema:** Dry, red, itchy patches that can also look white or light-colored on darker skin. 4. **Birthmarks:** Some birthmarks, such as Mongolian spots, can appear as blue-black patches. 5. **Pityriasis Alba:** Light patches that are more visible on darker skin, often associated with dry skin. ### What to Do: - **Gentle Cleansing:** Use a mild, fragrance-free baby cleanser to wash your baby’s face. - **Moisturize:** Apply a gentle, hypoallergenic baby moisturizer if the skin seems dry. - **Avoid Irritants:** Use gentle, unscented baby products and avoid using any harsh chemicals. - **Monitor:** Keep an eye on the patches to see if they change or spread. ### When to See a Doctor: - If the patches persist or worsen. - If your baby seems uncomfortable or irritable. - If there are any signs of infection (redness, swelling, pus). - If you are concerned about the appearance of the patches. Given the age of your baby and the potential variety of causes, it’s best to consult your pediatrician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
