my baby is 27 days old.his birth weight was 3 kg.after some days 2.7.nd now 3.1 kg it is ok??

Yes according to age baby where is totally fine. After birth babies lose some weight and again start gaining. And according to that baby weight is totally fine. You should just continue breastfeeding your baby and there is no need to give anything else till your baby turned six months old
