give five meals this includes two healthy snacks
give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd, paneer.
nuts like almonds.
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods.
