my son is 26 months old. he is not gaining enough weight according to his age. he is just 10 kg. what to do?

If the child is not gaining proper amount of weight as of now it would be advisable for you to consult your doctor once as your doctor will be able to give you better guidance in terms of medicines to be given to the child so please get in touch with your doctor and proceed with their advice
