Firstly if your child is active, playful, and a happy child you really need not worry
Just make sure that all you feed is healthy, balanced and helps her to nourish
Include variety of fruits, veggies, grains and millets in your child’s meals
Avoid too much of processed and junk food

Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't.over use senitizer, anti bacterials and antibiotics ,

shiviMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. add homemade ghee in her food... (add ghee in her Rice bowl).. make a proper schedule of her meal... 3 heavy meal (breakfast lunch dinner).. 2 heavy snacks... and also consult her pediatrician... ask him to add some multivitamin syrups...
