My baby is 25 months old.. and she is having loosemotion from last night.. after every meal is she is passing stool.. but she is active... what should I do

Its Lose motion on your child is just passing normal store because there is a difference if your child is having a normal school than that you do in digestion and if it is loose motion then it could be due to stomach infection as well so once you should get a check with your doctor
