my baby is 23days old and I can see some watery thing comes out and it is a bit red!! what can I use

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi watery eyes? if yes then no need to worry it happens because of blocked tear ducts but if there is redness , irritation, itching etc please visit your pediatrician
