Q.
my baby is 22months old and till the date I was not in any kind of alcoholic party with any of my friends just for my baby safety as he breastfeed but now I am thinking about it just for refreshments can I drink now?as he breastfeed some time plus he need me in night always.

just keep a gap of 1- 2 hours after taking the drinks before breastfeeding
rest of the time you can continue breastfeeding as usual no problem in that

See alcohol generally is not very healthy but if you still want to have it you can but you can quit breastfeeding at the same time because it is the right time for you to quit breastfeeding so if you want to start with it slowly I would advise you to quit breastfeeding and if you consume alcohol alcohol you cannot feed your child for another 6 to 8 hours you have to maintain that gap
