Hello ma’am A 22 month old child can eat each and everything that you’re preparing at home because there is no specific diet for this old child because they can eat everything for one-year maximum you can think of giving a diet kind of a food to your child because you do not give a salt and sugar but after one year of age there is no restriction to anything
