My baby is 22 days old. I use only cotton cloth in place of diapers or cloth diapers. Baby pees more than 10 times a day and poops almost after every breast feed. First I clean the residual poops with wet wipes, rest it for 1 or 2 min to dry and then use another cotton cloth as a diaper. The problem is, he has got rash at the poop area that looks like a wound in red color. He is crying when ever wiping. Please let me know the solution.
