my baby is 21months old.she doesn't speak till now.she only say mama papa .mama bye few words .only what should I do .

A. you should not worry as you can wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doctor to know if speech therapy is required.till that time keep interacting as much as possible and involve the child in language enhancing activities using audiovisual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are normal this will also be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in chiklporldren by age for this. . .
