you can start mama earth paste regularly twice a day.
brushing without paste can be done anytime.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements for healthy bones and teeth

U go for kiddodent Toothpaste this is hundred percent fluoride free and best to be used for the child so you can go ahead with that and if your child has even 4 teeth by the age of 10 or 12 months you can start brushing tired otherwise the ideal age as per doctors is 1 1/2 years to go for
