My baby is 20month old per month her left eye starts tearing ..she is even having a green matter around her eye ...Her veins are dark red??? what to do?

Hi If this particular thing is repetitive every single month like you are saying and you can see green discharge or something along with it then it would be better for you that you should be consulting an eye doctor because without proper check up assessing the child it will be very difficult to guide you with the right thing
