my baby is 20 months old..she is frequently affected for stomach pain...I give colic aid syrup she is alright...alternative oma water for colic aid syrup?I give oma water for my baby any side effect for her?

Please do not give anything to your child if your child has been constantly complaining about something I think you need to have a proper check up with your doctor this is not correct to give any medicine that’s not right so I would recommend you to please check with your paediatrician in the first place
