my baby is 20 months old from yesterday night he occasionally he keeps his tongue outside and rub with upper lip and little salivating... what is the reason he need any medical consultation

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. it 's normal what you have described is totally normal and there is no need to worry regarding this. but if you feel that it it seems to be something different you can meet your doctor regarding this and the doctor will guide you.

These things are very commonly seen when kids have their teeth or they’re getting their free molar so you can check for that if you do not see that is the reason still your child is having a lot of saliva issue and in that case you will have to have a check up with the doctor
