my baby is 20 month ,she has apthous ulcer on side of tongue ,could u plzz tell me what is the reason and how can it treated

A. Maam reason is very difficult to say currently I can only recommend you to apply Dolo gel 5 to 6 times in the date the problem is much but you need to see a dentist or your paediatrician to know if any other ointment would be required and also what is the reason behind it
