start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
talk more often to your child to help him learn new words

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum you can wait for two or three months or even after if two years a baby is not able to speak even the few words or not making eye contact with you not listening to you properly when you are talking to him then definitely you need to consult with the speech specialist
