my baby is 20 days old he is having red bumps on his cheeks please help

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. This is called baby acne. It is temporary and there is no need to worry about this. Do not squeeze, pick or scrub acne. Cleanse the affected area with warm water twice a day and then pat skin dry gently. Do not use soap or lotion on the affected areas. Dabbing the affected areas with breast milk helps.
