Q.

my baby is 20 days old and having cold and cough.. please suggest what to do..her nose is getting blocked.. giving nasomist on SOS but not helping much

A. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracetamolg for fever and decongestants like sinarest will help also giveu steam inhalation and hot saline gargles .
