my baby is 2 yrs 8 m old but she is not gaining weight. Her current weight is 10.7 kg. Please suggest

Okay sir hasn’t been a stagnant weight gain or you would consider that it was a weight gain but a slow weight gain so that needs to be clear first because stagnant weight is basically because of a nutritional deficiency in digestion issues and that is why the weight gain is also less so if you want you can check with your doctor regarding the current situation
